I'm going to take a stab at encouraging more wine drinkers to try the lovely offerings from Alsace. There is Trimbach Riesling Clos Ste. Hune at $300 per bottle. It is a total mind-bender and one of the top five white wines I have ever tasted. But for now, why not try a bottle of this delicious Riesling and pair it with sushi or carryout Full Kee with dinner? You can't go wrong.
And if you're going to Full Kee, I suggest the fried flounder with black bean sauce. Extra white rice. Just ask.
