This is just light years ahead of your average bottle of Prosecco. The stuff they sell in the grocery store might be quaffable (sometimes), but this is a legitimately fine sparkling wine. You could indeed use this for cocktails, but it's sort of a crime given the quality here. But I'm not judging. You do you.
