The Secret d'Aramis bottling makes for an unbeatable aperitif, and will work with any number of dishes or by itself. It has a surprising amount of power for a non-vintage introduction to the house style, no doubt due to the high percentage of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir in the blend.
White peach, minerals, green apple, and that little "biscuity" note that Champagne has all show up for the party. You can pair this with virtually anything, but sushi and Champagne would probably be my last meal if forced to choose. My mouth is watering just typing this...
