As with all Vinho Verde, the wines are low in alcohol and very refreshing. They pair best with lighter fare like salads and sandwiches, or as a light aperitif. Frankly, you would have a very hard time getting tipsy with this wine unless you really got after it.
This is clearly a step up from most of the category and I dig it.
