I met with this winemaker awhile back and was really impressed with the wines. They are made in an approachable, unoaked style. This Chardonnay is all green apples on the palate. I mean it literally tastes like green apples in the best possible way. Would be great with chicken salad sandwiches or just on its own.
100% Chardonnay. Serve cool.
