The rosés of the village of Bandol, which lies perched above the Mediterranean, are perhaps a little more refined than your basic Cotes-de-Provence version. The wines are made from a high percentage of Mourvedre, which gives them a little more character than wines made with a higher percentage of Grenache.
Whether your villa is in St. Tropez or White Stone, this is très chic. 55% Mourvedre, 35% Cinsault, 10% Grenache. Serve cold.
