If you're looking for a bigger red that remains balanced I'm not totally sure you can do better than this. Made from 100% Touriga Nacional (the main grape used for Port), the Little Mafalda completely outruns its coverage in terms of value. I had to double check to make sure the price was correct.
Notes of blueberries, blackberries, spice, black olive, and herbs all chime in. It's also soft and very easy to drink. Delicious.
100% Touriga Nacional. Serve cool.
