This has essentially everything you could ever want in a cru Beaujolais. Notes of cherries, plums, sweet spice, and floral tones. You could very easily age this in a cellar for 3-5 years, but it's very hard to resist right now. This is a virtually perfect wine for your Thanksgiving table.
