
Albarino is my favorite Spanish white grape. It's extremely food-friendly (even for challenging or spicier dishes). It's also just completely refreshing, with a pale greenish-yellow color, and little notes of melon, white peach, and minerals.
Ideally you'd drink this with mussels, clams, or other shellfish, but it's also just a great sipper. You could do a lot worse than taking a few bottles of the this to the beach or river this weekend.
