This is a unique and very refreshing Spanish white made from mostly Sauvignon Blanc, mixed with a bit of the traditional Spanish "Xarel-lo" variety. Xarel-lo (pronounced like chair-ello) is the most important grape used in the fabulous sparkling wines of Spain called Cava.
Lots of notes of white peach and minerals. This is a great option for any lover of crisp whites that is looking to try something new.
70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Xarel-lo. Serve cold.
