This is the most compelling German Riesling I tasted in 2024. Superb in every way. Best region in Germany and one of the best producers.
Despite being a Spatlese, this wine is very, very close to dry. There is almost no perceptible sweetness.
This is a joy. I wish more wine drinkers would give Riesling a shot.
100% Riesling. Serve cold.
