Cassis is arguably the most visually stunning town on the French Riviera. It is famed for the nearby mountain that sort of "looms" out over the ocean, as well as the blue-water mountain coves known as "calanques" that should be on just about everyone's bucket list to visit.
This Cassis blanc is a blend of local grapes and offers notes of citrus fruits, peach, and apricot, as well as floral notes of acacia and other white flowers. For a climate this warm, the Ferme Blanche is very, very refreshing.
40% Marsanne, 20% Ugni Blanc, 20% Clairette, 10% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Bourboulenc. serve cold.
