This is a Tuscan classic. Red fruit, tobacco, herbs, and enough acidity to cut through a well-marbled steak sautéed in garlic and herbs. It would be fine with pasta in red sauce or pizza, but this is perhaps a little more refined than a mere "pizza wine".
100% Sangiovese. Serve cool.
