This off-the-beaten-path Corsican red is really lovely. Lithe and silky with red fruit and floral tones. Sort of like the love child of Pinot Noir and Grenache. This is imported in very small quantities and sold out quickly last year. So if you're looking for a new red to try I would jump on this one. I would recommend serving this very slightly chilled.
Try with a favorite Mediterranean dish. 100% Sciacarellu. Pronounced "shack-a-rello". Serve slightly chilled.
