I would call this a "fun" Mediterranean white blend, but that probably wouldn't do it justice. This is a really precise, minerally blend of my two favorite white grapes from the region. Lemon, minerals, stone fruit, and floral notes all chime in.
A perfect Summer white that I could drink year-round. A longer description is probably deserved, but it's easy to overthink a wine like this. Just enjoy.
50% Clairette, 50% Vermentino. Serve cold.
