For $16 this is the kind of value that's getting harder and harder to find. It's a textbook example of Bordeaux blanc, with grass, melon, and green apple notes. It's also a natural or "minimal intervention" wine (very little sulfur added). But most importantly it's just a good example of wines from the region.
60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Sémillon. Serve cold.
